For the further expansion of our high-tech company, which employs around 500 employees worldwide, we are looking for an R&D Development Engineer Humidity Measurement Technology 80-100% (m/f/d) for the location Ebnat-Kappel (Switzerland) by agreement. Your tasks include: Development and implementation of new calibration processes including hardware and software solutions Planning, implementation and interpretation of measurement campaigns and series of tests Analysis, modeling and programming of mathematical models of sensors and modules Monitoring, optimization and expansion of existing measuring instruments and calibration processes, including through data-driven approaches Plant support including troubleshooting according to a multi-level support model You bring the following qualifications: Completed engineering or scientific studies (e.g. physics, mechanical engineering, microsystem technology, electrical engineering or comparable) Sound physical understanding Knowledge of Python and/or MATLAB Experience in the conception and design of technical plants or measuring systems is an advantage Solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality Teamwork skills as well as enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment Very good English and German skills You will work in a team on the further development of the humidity sensors business area and deal with both the sensor behavior and the necessary calibration processes.
