Job Description Production: Active, vigorous cooperation in the manufacture and packaging of food. Quality control: Continuous monitoring of production processes and ensuring our high quality standards. Equipment maintenance: Practical support of the team in setting up and retooling production machines. Desired Profile Willingness: You are mandatorily willing to work in the rotating 4-shift model. Mobility: You own a car. This is an absolute must, as shift changes sometimes take place outside of public transport schedules. Experience: Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in an industrial production environment. Language skills: You have solid German skills. A good A2 is the minimum, ideally you are at level B1/B2 to understand work and safety instructions effortlessly. Personality: You are a reliable team player who works pragmatically and solution-oriented.
