As a specialized organization for labor market and vocational integration, Lernwerk has been committed since 1999 to improving the integration opportunities of young people and adults through integration programs and courses, social enterprises, and working groups. Additionally, Lernwerk supports and accompanies persons from the asylum sector. AS A SUPPLEMENT TO OUR TEAM, WE ARE LOOKING FOR A/AN, IMMEDIATELY OR BY AGREEMENT Social Work Professional, 80 - 100% ## Your tasks • Trauma-sensitive, socio-pedagogical care and accompaniment of unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (UMA) in everyday life and in the integration process • Support in daily life organization (e.g., learning support, searching for apprenticeships) • Participation in the implementation and further development of our care concept - Strength instead of Power - • Creation of a stable, development-promoting environment for young people in residential accommodations (UMA accommodation Vogelsang with 50 places as well as external residential groups with 30 places in the Baden/Brugg area) • Building and maintaining viable, appreciative relationships with the young people on the basis of trust, clarity, and positive values • Active co-design of the daily structure in the residential groups - with joy, humor, and talent for improvisation • Administrative tasks within the framework of case management • Working hours in shift operation (6:30 am to 10:30 pm, no night shifts) including weekend shifts Your profile • Completed FH/HFS degree in Social Work • High social competence, empathy, and intercultural sensitivity • Readiness for self-reflection as well as critical engagement with one's own role and impact in everyday pedagogical life • Resilience, independence, and solution-oriented action - even in challenging situations • Ability to work in a team, humor, and a positive basic attitude • Impeccable character, good MS Office skills, very good German skills (oral and written), English and/or French are an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
