Two Assistant Professor Positions in Tenure-Track (2 x 100%)
Specialization: Empirical Research in Management
The two chairs focus on empirical research in management, with a particular interest in the opportunities and challenges related to digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and the increasing use of artificial intelligence in organizations and the economy in general. Relevant research areas include decision-making research, human resource management, management accounting, innovation and digitization, industrial organization, information systems, data science for business, as well as other related areas of empirical research in management. In methodological terms, the research profiles must be based on quantitative empirical approaches, including field or laboratory experiments and/or the analysis of organizational, personnel, or other data using modern quantitative methods.
The selected candidates will integrate well into the faculty's existing research group in applied microeconomics and econometrics and contribute to collaboration and exchange between research groups. Ideal candidates will therefore also draw on microeconomic perspectives and address societally relevant topics related to the existing research group.
