To succeed your predecessor in our team, we are looking for you as a Product Manager with a focus on our software solutions «Archiv und Lifecycle» in the area of Public Administration. Your tasks: As a Product Manager and Product Owner of one of the two Scrum teams in the area of Public Administration, you will take on the content leadership (WHAT and WHY) for the further development of an essential part of our software solutions, with a focus on Archiv und Lifecycle. In tandem with the Scrum Master, you are responsible for the strategic planning as well as the achievement of the product goals. You actively drive the use of new technologies – including AI – in our solutions, and take over the communication and administration surrounding the work of your Scrum team. Depending on your strengths and interests, you will take on further roles/responsibilities within the framework of our agile role world. Your most important stakeholders are the Head of Product Management (your personnel developer), the Program Manager Public Administration (your link to customer projects), the other members of CMI-Product Management, the project managers from the Business Unit «Öffentliche Verwaltung», as well as the Executive Board. By quickly recognizing opportunities and risks, communicating clearly and transparently, and making the necessary decisions (or preparing and bringing them about), you make a decisive contribution to the success of the CMI archive solutions for cantons, cities, and municipalities as well as historical archives. You: bring proven practical experience as a Product Manager and/or Project Manager and steer complex projects securely and purposefully. make decisions consistently on the basis of data and user feedback instead of gut feeling – and help to build up the practice for this where it is still lacking today. bring practical experience as a software developer or have a high affinity for software development. have a completed degree in the field of Computer Science or Business Informatics (ETH/UNI/FH) or a comparable record of achievement. already actively use AI tools to be more efficient as a Product Manager and in the team, to effectively bring together different roles and perspectives, and communicate successfully in the process. achieve our high quality standards through your exact and well-structured way of working. simply and purely fit into our team – everything else is secondary.
