Purchasing Officer and Indoor Service Representative (Jobsharing 50-80%) is sought For a dynamic industrial company in stainless steel processing in the Seeland region (Kerzers region), we are looking for a flexible reinforcement. The fixed working days in jobsharing are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Your tasks • Procurement: Operational purchasing of raw materials, pipes, fittings, and operating supplies • Offers: Obtaining and comparing supplier offers • System maintenance: Recording orders, booking goods receipts, maintaining article master data • Logistics: Transport organization for import/export including creation of customs documents • Deadline control: Active monitoring of delivery deadlines in exchange with suppliers • Support: Regular representation in sales indoor service (telephone, orders, delivery notes) Qualifications - Your profile • Education: Basic commercial training (KV) or equivalent • Experience: Several years of professional experience in indoor service (purchasing/logistics an advantage) • Languages: German at native level, good spoken French skills • IT: Proficient use of MS-Office (focus: Excel) • Work style: Structured, precise, and independent work as well as pronounced team ability The offer • Varied range of tasks in a future-oriented environment • Attractive employment conditions (basis: 40-hour week pro rata) • Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths • Good public transport connection as well as free employee parking Interested?
