In this commercial employee role, you have the opportunity to decisively support the internal sales service team in our Bern branch. What you achieve ## • You coordinate inspections and renewals (modernizations) across all product ranges. • You establish the annual overview of installations for upcoming inspections and renewals. • You prepare offers and advise our customers up to the placement of the order (SAP). • You assist in the processing of tenders. You record offers and enter order confirmations. • You draft and send information and deactivation letters for our installed base in accordance with our lifecycle management strategy. • You assume various administrative tasks within the internal sales service. • You ensure high customer satisfaction through your commitment and enthusiasm in your actions. What you bring ## • With your basic commercial or electrotechnical training (e.g., commercial employee CFC, electrician installer CFC, or equivalent), you have the ideal foundation. • Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP CRM completes your profile. • Experience in internal sales service, customer advisory, or administration is a valuable asset. • You work autonomously, think prospectively, and convince through a reliable and flexible working method that our customers can rely on. • With your impeccable German and your good spoken French, you communicate in a confident and professional manner. • A strong sense of service and customer orientation as well as marked skills in planning and organization characterize you.
