Your tasks • You lead transport projects with real ownership. From the study to approval, you control content and processes - clearly, structured, and with a secure sense of priorities. • You actively bring your expertise into the further development of our planning department - with new impulses, clear design will, and a high demand for effective solutions. • You shape interdisciplinary expertise such as safety, pedestrian and bicycle traffic, and traffic management cooperatively and focused into clear solutions, from which coherent overall projects emerge. • You lead external planning offices in a targeted and reliable manner. You provide orientation, ensure quality, and keep deadlines and costs sovereignly on track. • In important discussions, you bring calm, clarity, and direction. With communities, politics, and property owners, you find viable ways through interests and safely guide through consultations. Your profile • You are a civil engineer (FH/ETH) or equivalent and have experience in planning transport infrastructure. • In complex projects, you feel comfortable, keep an overview, and make well-founded decisions even under pressure. • You communicate clearly, think in a networked way, and understand how to constructively bring together different perspectives. • You act sovereignly and solution-oriented with various stakeholder groups, even in challenging conversations. • You bring a willingness to work and design joy, and want to drive forward projects that have a visible impact in the Luzern region.
