Your field of activity ### • You receive emergency calls, capture complex situations quickly and reliably, and take the lead in conversation management so that callers are competently supported in demanding moments • You assess, triage, and process incoming calls, and alert ground and air-based rescue resources according to the Next-Best principle • You provide understandable instructions for immediate medical measures, support callers in stressful situations, and thereby make a central contribution to the best possible outcome for patients • In addition, you work with modern digital applications, map and communication systems, so that you always have an overview of all ongoing rescue operations and the resources available in the dispatch area Your experience ### • You have a degree as a dipl. Rettungssanitäter/in HF, Transportsanitäter/in with eidg. FA, dipl.
