Registered Nurse 80 - 100 % with Deputy Ward Manager

Our ward is versatile and varied. We care for patients from the fields of MSK and cardiology and also function as an overflow ward for neurological patients. This variety makes our work particularly exciting.

25 patients are cared for on our ward. Our team consists of 14 employees including apprentices / students, who work closely and professionally together.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct influence on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work independently in an interdisciplinary team with interfaces to other nursing staff, therapists as well as doctors
• Degree of impact: You take over the deputy ward manager position
• Counseling: You accompany, instruct and advise patients and their relatives

Your profile

• Education: You are a registered nurse HF/FH or have equivalent recognition with at least one positive SRK-PreCheck
• Experience: You bring skills in nursing-therapeutic interventions such as e.g. Bobath, Kinästhetik as well as experience in wound management
• Personality: You are a strong-communicating personality with a high customer orientation, social competence and team orientation. In addition, you are characterized by flexibility, independence as well as a competent and well-groomed appearance
• Joy of teaching: You enjoy accompanying adolescents and young adults as well as passing on knowledge within the team
