familycare köniz supports families in difficult life situations on behalf of social services and the KESB. We primarily support families with children in early childhood. In doing so, we rely on life-world and social space orientation and, in addition to counseling, place the focus on practical everyday support.

To complement our team, we are looking for the following interesting and challenging work as of 01.01.2027 or by arrangement

a specialist in family assistance 70% - 90% ##

with a degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy FH/HF, nurse HF/FH, broad experience (at least three years) in the field of family assistance, additional training or further education desired (for nursing professionals, additional training of a social orientation is required)

Our expectations ###

• You work independently as a Social Pedagogical Family Support professional in an outpatient setting.
• You contribute to departmental work and working groups. In addition, you participate in cross-case and non-case-related project work.
• You reflect on your professional actions (intervisions, supervisions and team meetings as well as individual coachings with the management).
• As a creative, critical and reliable personality, you make an engaged contribution.
• You contribute to a good atmosphere in the team and to the joint further development of the organization and the specialist department.
• You are willing to work irregularly (evening/weekend).
• You possess a driving license category B.
