Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Independent execution of the acquisition process with a focus on Real Estate Developments, Real Estate-Repositioning- and Transformation-Cases Proactive approach to owners of properties that meet our investment criteria. On- and Off-Market acquisition of plots, objects and real estate portfolios Development and implementation of acquisition campaigns (brokers, architects, developers, etc.) Quality assurance of marketing materials and information of acquired objects and portfolios Initial analysis of objects and portfolios Creation of investment proposals Setup, expansion and maintenance of the CRM system (Salesforce) Successfully completed training as a real estate trustee or transaction manager (SVIT) or studies in the field of real estate economics, architecture, business administration or a comparable education Several years of experience in real estate acquisition, ideally with a focus on Real Estate Developments, Real Estate-Positioning and transformation projects In-depth knowledge of managing complex acquisition processes and accompanying investment decisions Proven successes in On- and Off-Market acquisition of plots, individual objects and real estate portfolios Experience in building and developing acquisition structures and teams Distinct skills in target group approach and development and implementation of acquisition strategies Confident handling of real estate valuation (initial analysis, quality assurance, creation of investment proposals) Routine in building and maintaining networks and handling CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) Dynamically growing company with flat hierarchies A variety of design options Committed and motivated team Attractive remuneration package Flexible design of working hours Modern offices in a central location Promotion of your health through subsidies for sports and fitness programs We look forward to your application!
