Bern, Schweiz (und Homeoffice) | 80-80% | This is the contribution you can make * Represent the staff management in technical, personnel, organizational, and strategic matters * Together with the management, perform the planning and steering tasks of the directorate and conduct financial controlling * Coordinate parliamentary business, oversee its contents, deadlines, and processing status, and continuously inform the directorate management * Ensure procurement and contract management, process procurements and subsidies economically and in compliance with the law, and advise those responsible for contracts on procurement law issues * Support and relieve the management team with business management tasks and questions, and participate in cross-departmental tasks and business of the staff What makes you unique * Degree from a university of applied sciences or higher technical college, preferably in business administration or a comparable field; knowledge and experience in public procurement is an advantage * Strong ability for business-oriented, analytical, and networked thinking and acting * Great interest in political processes and health policy issues; experience with political or parliamentary business is an advantage * High level of personal responsibility, commitment, and willingness to cooperate, as well as an independent and structured way of working * Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, as well as SAP knowledge is an advantage; active knowledge of two official languages as well as passive knowledge of the third official language is an advantage In a nutshell With your networked thinking and your sense for business and political connections, you will contribute to effective planning and steering of our directorate.
