At our client's company, you will take on a central role in the training of apprentices. You will accompany around 10 aspiring Polymechanics and Production Mechanics in the field of milling and turning and pass on your know-how in a practical manner. In doing so, you will not only work with state-of-the-art technology but also actively shape the next generation of specialists.

Job Description ##

• Training and accompaniment of our apprentices in everyday workshop life
• Support of the Training Team Leader (deputy)
• Working on CNC milling and turning centers (Haas VF-2 and ST-20)
• CAM programming
• Independent setup as well as creation of programs and setup plans
• Organization and provision of tools
• Post-processing (deburring, finish) of workpieces

We expect ##

• Completed training as a Polymechanic or Mechanical Engineer
• Experience in CNC milling and CNC turning
• Joy in passing on knowledge and working with young people
• Ideally initial experience in training - or the motivation to develop in this direction
• Readiness to complete the vocational trainer training
• Knowledge of ISO and Heidenhain controls
• Independent, reliable and precise way of working
• Open, communicative personality with team spirit
