At Berufsmaturitätsschule Winterthur, we open new perspectives for young adults. With our diverse offerings, we create the foundation for a successful professional and personal future.

We offer the educational programs Berufsmaturität 1 and 2 in the specializations «Technik, Architektur und Life Sciences» as well as «Gesundheit und Soziales».
Around 1'500 students are currently taught by approximately 90 dedicated teachers. Twelve employees from administration, operations, and IT services also ensure the smooth running of everyday school life.

At the beginning of the 2027/28 school year, we are looking for a teacher mbA for the subject Economics and Law at a workload of 60-100%.

Your Profile ###

You possess a professional and pedagogical-didactic university degree for secondary school teachers (incl. vocational pedagogy) or an equivalent qualification.
In addition, you bring teaching experience at this level and meet the conditions for employment as a vocational school teacher mbA (permanent employment with special tasks).

We offer a varied activity in a motivated teaching team. On the one hand, you teach learners from commercial-industrial and nursing professions and, on the other hand, specifically prepare young professionals for their university of applied sciences studies.

Your employment is in accordance with the provisions of the Mittelschul- und Berufsschullehrerverordnung of the Canton of Zürich and includes participation in the school development process and collaboration in the subject departments.
