Your tasks: Technical coordination and control of the daily production supply processes in SAP EWM; Ensuring timely, efficient and GMP-compliant material supply to production; Prioritization and coordination of daily tasks within the Production Supply Team; Close cooperation with Warehouse, Production Planning, MRP as well as QA/QC to ensure smooth material flows; Monitoring and optimization of material flows, picking processes and system postings in SAP EWM; Support of process improvements, stock controls and the clarification of inventory discrepancies; Participation in on-call service (Pikettdienst) to support operational activities outside of regular working hours. Your profile: Completed vocational training in the field of logistics, supply chain, warehousing, production or a comparable technical field; Several years of professional experience in production supply, warehouse logistics or supply chain, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment; Good knowledge of SAP EWM as well as experience with material flows, picking processes and warehouse transactions; Experience in the coordination of operational processes as well as in cooperation with various interfaces such as production, planning, QA/QC and warehouse operations; Sound knowledge of inventory management, inventories and the processing of inventory discrepancies; Good knowledge of GMP requirements as well as the willingness to participate in corresponding training; Very good German skills as well as good English skills; independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working; Willingness for flexible working hour models / on-call service.
