You can learn more about us in this video   Your new challenges: #### • You ensure qualitatively flawless installation in compliance with all safety regulations • You lead a team of up to 10 installers and coordinate subcontractors on the construction site • You manage the planning in your region - from rough to detailed planning - and, together with the installation coordination, ensure proactive and efficient implementation of all ongoing and upcoming projects   • You handle customer complaints within ongoing projects in a solution-oriented and professional manner • You develop pragmatic solutions for technical as well as organizational challenges • You maintain an overview of the installation progress in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines  • You work closely with sales engineers, project technicians, and installation coordinators • You actively participate in construction meetings and represent your projects competently there • You delegate tasks specifically and ensure their implementation together with internal partners      Your ideal prerequisites: #### • A basic technical training in the electrical or mechanical field, supplemented by commercial further training (completed or planned) • Several years of professional experience - ideally in the installation or maintenance of elevator systems - as well as initial leadership experience • Good MS Office knowledge, confident use of digital tools, and ideally experience with SAP • A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations • And above all: You roll up your sleeves, think along, and take responsibility     Our benefits: #### • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived by us.
