Company description ##

For our partner, a day clinic specialized in the care of patients presenting a psychic crisis not requiring hospital treatment, we are looking for a nurse for a permanent position.

The mission of the day clinic is to offer intensive care over a period of 5 to 6 weeks, full-time, from Monday to Friday. The objective is to promote the psychic stabilization of patients and to accompany them towards sustainable follow-up adapted to their needs.

Patients benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team composed notably of doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, art therapists and nursing assistants.

100% position from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:30

Job description ##

• Welcome and take charge of psychiatric emergencies.
• Ensure short-term subacute care.
• Participate in outpatient psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and psychological consultations.
• Perform care services: interviews, blood tests, ECG and medication support.
• Participate in interventions in the living environment of patients when necessary.
• Contribute to the animation and follow-up of psychotherapeutic groups.
• Collaborate on complementary care such as art therapy and occupational therapy.
• Participate in social assessment and follow-up in collaboration with the professionals concerned.
• Ensure follow-up interviews within the framework of care obligations issued by the authorities.
• Work in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in order to ensure coherent and quality care.

Profile sought ##

• You hold a recognized nursing diploma.
• You benefit from professional experience in the field of psychiatry or mental health.
• Experience in the care of patients in crisis situations or psychiatric emergencies is an asset.
• You are comfortable with working in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate autonomy, listening skills and empathy.
• You have good adaptation skills and know how to manage complex situations with calm and professionalism.
• You are motivated to accompany patients in their process of stabilization and recovery.
