Production Employee - Key Operator (m/f/d) The Production Employee works on the filling plant and, as a Key Operator, ensures that the production and maintenance plan is implemented during the shift in compliance with the highest quality standards as well as optimal costs. In close cooperation with the Lead Operator, the position contributes to the continuous optimization of production processes, to ensuring smooth plant operation, as well as to the further development of the team. ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB: Preparation and post-processing of the filling line for a smooth production process according to the weekly filling plan Independent monitoring, operation and optimization of all machines as well as individual plant parts Monitoring of the entire production process and coordination of the activities of the operators during the shift Rectification of machine malfunctions as well as support during maintenance work Ensuring compliance with all quality guidelines through regular controls and seamless documentation Responsibility for compliance with hygiene regulations including CIP and COP cleaning processes Operative leadership of the shift in substitution and in coordination with the Lead Operator as well as carrying out necessary instructions Creation and ensuring of timely and precise reports on performance, tasks and standards within your own area of responsibility Responsibility for the implementation of the quality management system in your own work area Development of short- and long-term optimization and troubleshooting measures together with the Lead Operator as well as monitoring the sustainable implementation Assessment of the qualification needs of the operators and support of the supervisors in their training and further development ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS: You have a completed vocational apprenticeship EFZ You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in a production environment You have basic technical knowledge in mechanics and electrics You have basic knowledge of the filling process of beverages as well as in the food industry and the applicable hygiene regulations You work independently, responsibly and maintain an overview even in hectic situations You are team-oriented and like to take on responsibility within your shift You have basic MS Office and SAP knowledge You speak fluent German Please apply online and submit your complete application documents including motivation letter and work certificates in a single PDF.
