• You have completed training as a construction manager - You have a high sense of responsibility - You have several years of professional experience - You work independently - Experience with tendering (preferably Messerli)

Field of activity

• Planning, realizing and managing new buildings, conversion projects as well as renovations - Checking the advantages and disadvantages of different construction methods - Obtaining the required permits - You are the contact person and thus take on a hub function for architects, specialist planners, clients, authorities and tradespeople - Preparation of the works contracts and carrying out the accounting
