The essence of your activity: ### • Professional reception and information hub for patients, relatives, hospital visitors, doctors, and employees • Administrative admission and data maintenance of outpatient and inpatient patients • Accompanying inpatient patients to the ward • Clarification of insurance coverage and obtaining cost guarantees from insurance companies (incl. any demand for deposit payments) • Application of social insurance basics (KVG, UVG, IVG, MVG etc.) • Administrative tasks in the front and back office such as providing telephone and personal information, processing internal and external incoming and outgoing mail, etc. • Cross-departmental cooperation with various internal employees • Supervision of the reception on weekends and public holidays The basis of your performance: ### • Sound commercial basic training • At least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector, combined with good knowledge of the statutory social insurance basics • Exact and responsible way of working as well as proficient German in spoken and written form • Proactive, resilient personality with quick comprehension and cross-departmental thinking and acting • Strong service orientation with very good manners as well as a well-groomed appearance • Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and enjoyment of the activity The reasons for your decision: ### We offer modern working conditions, promote internal further training, and rely on professional exchange across all disciplines.
