Team Leader for spare parts

Here are your tasks:

• Supervision of warehouse employees
• Development and optimization of warehouse processes and organization
• Ensuring the smooth running of the ordering and delivery process for internal and external customers
• Achieving optimal availability of spare parts
• Sale of spare parts and participation in commercial activities
• Development of the existing customer network and acquisition of new customers
• Support to service partners in our dealer network
• Guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction

Required profile:

• Completed training as a retail commerce manager CFC or logistician CFC, continuing education in business management is an advantage.
• Experience in the sale of spare parts, knowledge of buses is an asset.
• Very good knowledge of French and German.
• Experience in team management
• Good understanding of IT tools
• High resilience and ability to work autonomously
• Open personality and oriented towards teamwork
• Category B driver's license
