Operations Manager (m/f/d) You enjoy being close to operations and maintain an overview, even in complex environments? You quickly identify opportunities for improvement and implement pragmatic solutions? As Operations Manager, you play a central role at our Bienne site, at the interface between production, logistics, administration, purchasing and site management. You analyze production processes, coordinate operational activities and contribute to implementing efficient and sustainable processes. You operate in an environment where recycling and responsible resource management are part of everyday life and bring your experience where it has a concrete impact. This position is designed as an evolving function: you will progressively be led to assume more responsibilities, with the objective of eventually holding a management position within the company.
