Negotiation Leader West Switzerland / Tessin, 80 - 100% (m/w/d) Your varied, meaningful and exciting tasks After a good induction, you will independently conduct contract negotiations with hospitals, private clinics and doctors' associations, involving our affiliated health and accident insurers in Western Switzerland and Tessin. These negotiations are conducted on behalf of around twenty health and accident insurers. You will support the health and accident insurers in the implementation of contracts and represent and represent the RVK purchasing performance vis-à-vis service providers and third parties. You will also work as an interest representative in the "tarifsuisse" negotiation commissions. The post-processing of contracts, administrative tasks, as well as preliminary and final calculations are also part of the area of responsibility, as is the creation of statistics and evaluations. You will maintain the existing customer base and help with the acquisition of new customers. Participation in working groups in the context of inpatient care, projects and the development of concepts rounds off this exciting position. Your dynamic commitment and expertise After your basic training, you have either worked in the field of hospital tariffs or in a health insurance company. If you also have knowledge of tariff systems and experience in contract negotiations and compliance with regulatory requirements, this would be an advantage.
