What you move
You support the drivers before and during delivery as well as upon return
You communicate with internal and external bodies to ensure a smooth process
When things don't run so smoothly, you handle the discrepancies of our customers with a lot of goodwill and a high service mentality
You promote close cooperation with supervisors and colleagues, following the motto "one for all, all for one"
Maintaining and updating the shipment data in the system is no trouble for you
You have everything under control when planning and monitoring collections.
You support our dispatching with various administrative tasks
Why you will succeed
Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a transport or logistics environment
You have professional experience in the commercial or administrative field
Shift work between 5:00 and 20:00? No problem for you, because you appreciate variety
PC, telephone, chat – you are as quick as a weasel and operate all communication tools with ease
You can express yourself confidently and stylistically in German, both orally and in writing
You work reliably, precisely, are on the ball, and adapt to new challenges
Even when it gets stressful, you stay cool and keep an overview
