We are looking for, as soon as possible or by arrangement, a

Exciting tasks await:

• Care and support of a maximum of 8 youths in a team (2-person and 3-person shifts)
• Assumption of all tasks within the framework of key worker work for 1 - 2 committed persons within a setting characterized by continuity
• Promotion of the youths according to the educational plans created with them
• Organization of everyday life and leisure activities during the youths' work-free and school-free time
• Completion of administrative work (reporting, protocols, etc.)

What you bring:

• Successfully completed social pedagogical training at HF or FH level (recognition of foreign diplomas in Switzerland required)
• Professional experience with youths with behavioral issues
• Strong assertiveness and resilience, empathy, relationship strength and flexibility
• Impeccable character (current debt enforcement and special criminal record extracts)
• Minimum age 25 years and in possession of a driver's license for passenger cars

Your working environment

Jugendheim Aarburg is an institution for the execution of civil and juvenile criminal law measures. Male youths and young adults who are at risk in their development are admitted. With pedagogical as well as therapeutic measures, the employees support the clients in integrating into the social order. In addition, specific school and vocational offers provide a basis so that the youths and young adults can prepare for a self-responsible, crime-free life.

The progressive residential groups are residential communities that are recognized by the Federal Office of Justice (BJ) as a closed form of residence. They are intended for the age group of 15- to 19-year-old youths who, after their admission, undergo a school and vocational assessment and subsequently begin an individually adapted vocational training program.
