Are you passionate about customer consulting and want to develop into an all-rounder in social insurance? Then become part of our team. We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and flexible personality, effective immediately or by arrangement. Your working hours are during the opening hours (counter as well as telephone) between 8.00 to 11.30 and from 13.30 to 16.30 (by arrangement).

• You advise our customers personally at the reception counter and by telephone
• You carry out assignments at the reception WAS IV, WAS AK, WAS wira or in the telephone customer center WAS at our new location in Kriens
• At the reception, you are the first point of contact for all visitors
• You provide initial information and triage to the specialist
• You support the telephone customer center, take calls, and provide 1st-level support for various services from WAS
• You have basic knowledge of social insurance and/or are willing to complete further training as a social insurance clerk
• Ideally, you already bring professional experience from customer service.
• You communicate flawlessly in German (spoken and written) and an additional language. Further language skills are an advantage.
• You have very good PC skills including MS-Office/Teams and a general digital affinity.
• You are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation and bring a strong understanding and ability to empathize when dealing with different people.
