• Ongoing further development of a modern, pedagogical attitude
• Accompanying and promoting the social integration of children and adolescents in the everyday life of the day school offers together with the team
• Leadership, professional guidance, and support of the employees at the day school location (caregivers, substitutes)
• Involvement of children and adolescents in the design of their leisure time
• Accompanying children and adolescents with their homework
• Care of children and adolescents during lunchtime
• Performance of work in the administrative, organizational, and domestic areas
• Accompanying children from school/kindergarten to the day school and back
• Cooperation with the management of day school offers, parents, teachers, and other network partners
