Sales, Administration and Customer Service Employee #

Tasks

• Customer service and the information center are under your responsibility.
• With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our demanding clientele.
• Responsibility for the cash register also falls to you.
• You are responsible for receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
• Thanks to your overview, the money, mail and delivery note cycles are ensured.

Requirements

• You possess professional training in retail or as a commercial employee.
• You have experience in administrative and cash register areas.
• Your German is very good - both spoken and written. English and French are a plus.
• Flexible schedules (from Monday to Saturday) are a matter of course for you in sales.
• You enjoy contact with customers and teamwork.
