Your Profile ## • Commercial basic training, preferably in the field of freight forwarding • Practical experience in international freight forwarding • You communicate fluently in German and English, further languages an advantage • You have a good understanding of numbers and calculation • High commitment and willingness to learn new things • Customer-oriented and proactive way of working • Impeccable reputation (criminal record & debt collection register extract) Your Tasks ## You report directly to the Head of International Transport and are the contact person for customers and partners. You are significantly responsible for the processing and handling of import valuables shipments via air freight and national and international truck transports as well as crosstrade shipments. This includes the following Tasks: • Contact person for customer inquiries or customer complaints and development of solution proposals • Written as well as oral communication with customers, partners, and airlines • Import as well as export customs clearances in the E-Dec/NCTS and PASSAR systems • Creation of transport documents • Ensuring the placement of orders with the truck dispatch • Timely billing of shipments How it continues ## After receiving your application documents, we will review them carefully.
