HR does not begin with forms or systems, but with people. Together with your team, you ensure that employees and managers can rely on reliable services and continuously develop our HR services.

Your tasks

• Leading the HR Service Center with five employees
• Ensuring an efficient organization and continuous development of the area (digitization)
• Steering and coordinating HR topics as a member of the HR management team
• Operational collaboration for the assigned organizational areas

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ or equivalent training
• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or comparable
• Professional experience in HR services or HR administration
• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in the development of employees
• German at C2 level, French language skills are an advantage

The General Secretariat of the Directorate for Internal Affairs and Justice is responsible as a staff unit for the management support of the directorate as well as the resource control and provides services for the specialist offices in the core areas of Digital Management, Finance, Human Resources, Space Management and Procurement.

The HR department works in three teams (HR Consulting, HR Competence Center and HR Service Center) and overall supports approx. 1'100 employees.
