Junior Supply Chain Specialist (m/f/d)

As a member of the Supply Chain Team, you will take on exciting and diverse tasks related to the purchasing, sales, and production monitoring of electronic components such as integrated circuits. A future-oriented corporate culture • Flexible working hours your tasks • Creation of order confirmations, invoices, and export documents using the ERP system as well as support in Customer Service • Management of purchasing from obtaining offers to ordering processes including schedule monitoring • Planning and monitoring of external and internal production partners • Warehouse management, creation of statistics and KPIs as well as assistance with the annual inventory and budget preparation • General administrative tasks such as telephone handling, correspondence (mainly in German and English, partly in French) as well as assisting the COO in various areas Qualifications your competencies • Completed commercial or an equivalent training • At least three years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or in coordination • Good German and English skills in speaking and writing • Good user knowledge in MS Office as well as experience in dealing with ERP systems (knowledge in Abacus is an advantage) • Communication skills, quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience • An independent, self-reliant, and solution-oriented personality, paired with teamwork skills and the motivation to learn new things apply now Does this sound interesting to you?
