peer at 50% Première ligne is a private association for Drug-related Harm Reduction. It brings together more than 85 collaborators distributed across six facilities: le Quai 9 (reception and consumption space), le Sleep In (accommodation with possibility of consumption), le Pôle de valorisation (low-threshold activities and social support), Nuit blanche (interventions related to festive and recreational consumption), la Tangente (’support for people in addiction situations during their incarceration) and l’Adresse – Housing First Genève (insertion through housing facility). For more information, you can consult the site: Job description Inspired by the Housing First model, l’Adresse has the mission of promoting rapid access to ordinary housing for people in situations of great precariousness, living on the street and consuming psychoactive substances and benefiting from adapted socio-sanitary support in the canton of Genève. The peer joins a multidisciplinary team providing intensive home support. The intervention is based on the principles of harm reduction, recovery, multi-reference, as well as the valorization of the resources, choices, and aspirations of the tenants. The main mission consists of supporting the person in accessing and maintaining their housing, while promoting their autonomy, health, safety, and quality of life. Your missions: Accompany, support, and orient tenants in order to strengthen their quality of life, their autonomy, and their social inclusion, by drawing on your experience of addictive behaviors and/or life on the street, Establish a relationship of trust based on the strengths, needs, and requests of the person, Put your life journey at the service of the supported persons in order to support their own recovery process, Contribute to the reflections and interventions of the team in a recovery-oriented approach, Share your experiential expertise in order to evolve the perceptions of the team, partners, and entourage regarding the realities experienced by the supported persons.
