Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks - Functional and personal leadership as well as further development of the Accounting and Cash Collection team. - Responsibility for the proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting, as well as cooperation with payroll. - Ensuring timely and correct booking of all business transactions. - Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to the applicable accounting standards. - Monitoring value-added tax settlements and ensuring compliance with all tax regulations. - Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, and external auditing bodies. - Further development and optimization of accounting processes as well as the internal control system (ICS). - Monitoring and controlling payment runs as well as ensuring efficient receivables management. - Supporting the DACH organization with meaningful financial key figures and reporting for the Swiss location. - Close cooperation with various departments and support in cross-departmental projects. Your profile - Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, or accounting, or a comparable qualification. - Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally with initial leadership experience. - Experience in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting as well as in the closing process. - Good knowledge of Swiss tax law and value-added tax. - Knowledge of Swiss labor law and its impact on payroll and financial accounting is an advantage. - Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with ERP systems. - Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form; French skills are a plus. - Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. - High social competence, assertiveness, as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
