Assistant in Community Nursing and Health Care (ASSC) / 80-100% / Permanent contract

Reporting to a home care team, the ASSC provides services autonomously, respecting the client's lifestyle, beliefs, values, and culture. He/she works in interdisciplinarity and interprofessionality, respecting the mission and objectives of the institution.

Your missions and responsibilities

• Providing basic care and medico-technical acts, delegated by the reference nurse, in a global approach to the client
• Promoting the recovery of the client's state of health, the strengthening or maintenance of their autonomy to allow them to re-establish, continue, or adapt their lifestyle so that they can stay or return home
• Evaluating and re-evaluating practical assistance situations and acting as the reference for them
• Performing practical assistance services in respect of the client's lifestyle and their environment
• Promoting the maintenance of links with the entourage and collaborating with them by determining resources and providing information and support.

Qualifications

• Federal certificate of capacity (CFC) as an ASSC and authorization to practice in the canton of Genève
• Sense of communication and relationship with others, listening skills
• Ability to evaluate situations and act responsibly
• Resistance to stress and physical work
• Ability to work autonomously and interprofessionally within a multidisciplinary team
• Mobility indispensable (by bicycle / on foot / by car / by TPG).
