YOUR TASKS

• As Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann, you professionally and independently care for our patients within the framework of the nursing process
• In doing so, you embody our clinic goal
• As a vocational trainer, you are responsible for the guidance, promotion, and assessment of our apprentices and students in compliance with the training concept
• You conduct teaching and learning events according to the training plan
• You actively participate in vocational training meetings and take part in training-relevant events
• You are co-responsible for the duty roster of the apprentices and students, as well as the coordination of your own duty roster, taking into account training-specific dates

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH or possess an equivalent qualification
• You have an SVEB-Zertifikat Ausbildner/in (individual guidance and/or conducting learning events) or are willing to obtain it
• You already possess professional experience in nursing
• High social and self-competence, language proficiency, and IT skills round off your profile
