Monitoring and optimizing financial processes as well as ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Processing of VAT declarations Support in projects and ad-hoc rounds Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support management. Leadership and further development of the finance team. Collaboration with external partners such as auditors and tax advisors. Advising management on financial and strategic issues. Your profile Completed studies in business administration, finance, or a comparable field (eidg. dipl. Fachausweis Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen). Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in Switzerland. Sound knowledge of accounting standards (Swiss GAAP FER) and tax law. Experience in the leadership and development of teams. Analytical thinking skills and a structured way of working. Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
