For our renowned customer Siemens, a globally leading technology group, we are looking for a dynamic and determined leadership personality as Team Leader Production (100%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Process & Manufacturing Responsibility: You ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the production lines while complying with strict quality specifications
• Team Leadership & Development: You lead, promote, and develop your team through targeted coaching, regular feedback, and clear objectives.
• Occupational Safety & Ergonomics: You guarantee the highest occupational safety standards through risk assessments, hazard prevention, and ergonomic workplace design.
• Capacity Planning & Delivery Capability: You manage the production processes proactively, react flexibly to disruptions, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Shopfloor Management: Daily meetings, manufacturing rounds, and close coordination on the shop floor are part of your daily work routine.
• KVP & Efficiency: You continuously optimize your area, keep an eye on cost efficiency, and drive KVP processes forward.
• Projects & New Introductions: You actively participate in cross-departmental initiatives and accompany new products until series maturity.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Education: Technical vocational training with successfully completed further training (Techniker*in HF or comparable qualification)
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in industrial manufacturing – preferably in the electronics environment
• Leadership Competence: Proven experience in employee leadership in a production environment
• Personality: Proactive, dynamic, empathetic, strong communication skills, and determined with exemplary manners
• Methods & IT: Knowledge of Lean Management / KVP is desired; proficient use of SAP and MS Office is required
