To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our release laboratory of the QC Early Phase development department, we are looking for dedicated Lab Technician Quality Control.

We are looking for:

As a dedicated and motivated individual, you will be part of our agile development department. Diverse tasks and questions await you in a dynamic and exciting environment. Your main responsibility will be the analysis of oligonucleotide active ingredients under GMP as well as their stability testing.

Your tasks:

• Application of chromatographic methods for the release and stability testing of our active ingredients under GMP
• Conscientious documentation, evaluation, and review of analyses
• Participation in the maintenance and qualification of analytical instruments
• Participation in optimization and development projects
• Opportunity for professional development through participation in the software-supported execution and documentation of GMP analyses
• Development of sustainable improvements for all analytical questions in the method lifecycle
• Close cooperation in a motivated and dynamic team, including collaboration with our method developers

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician, specializing in analytics or synthesis, or comparable further training
• Professional experience or training focus in instrumental analytics with an emphasis on chromatography (HPLC)
• Experience in the analytics of oligonucleotides
• Knowledge of common IT applications used in the GMP environment (e.g., Chromeleon, LIMS, SAP) as well as general software affinity
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You are a team player and value working in a team
• Reliable personality with enthusiasm for responsibility and initiative
• Quality-conscious, exact, and service-oriented way of working
• Openness to innovation and change as well as an eye for process connections
