Bavarian Nordic is looking for an Operator Biological Manufacturing USP (f/m/d) to strengthen the production team. What awaits you: Production of vaccine in the area of upstream cell culture and buffer production Preparation, operation, and cleaning of process equipment (bioreactors, shaker incubators, centrifuges, etc.) Carrying out and logging of production activities, incl. line release in vaccine manufacturing according to guidelines/SOPs and quality guidelines according to cGMP Working in a cleanroom up to class C Documentation and execution of in-process controls as well as their evaluation Cleaning, administration, management, and maintenance of rooms, facilities, and equipment Support in the continuous improvement of processes and documents Assistance with material management in the production rooms What you bring with you: Completed vocational training in the food or pharmaceutical sector or relevant professional experience Professional experience in cleanrooms (class D and C an advantage) according to GMP Good knowledge of hygienic working (sterile working under cGMP an advantage) Technical understanding in handling production plants and processes and experience in single-use technologies an advantage Reliable, precise working and logging independently and in a team Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form, English an advantage Good PC skills, especially in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP and LIMS an advantage Willingness to work weekends (no night shift) We offer you the opportunity to become part of an international company characterized by advanced technologies and an exciting field of activity.
