Product Owner / Business Analyst 80-100% (m/w/d)

In this dual role, you combine product responsibility and technical analysis. You quickly penetrate complex technical and specialist contexts, identify process gaps and translate requirements into precise, development-ready specifications. With your clear communication, you create understanding at all levels – from developer to C-Level – and ensure that all parties involved are always pulling in the same direction. Responsibility for the product roadmap and prioritization of the backlog in close coordination with stakeholders You are in constant exchange with other Product Owners You monitor and analyze product data and performance metrics to inform product development and make continuous improvements You coordinate with other teams, including Marketing, Sales and Customer Service, and ensure that the product strategy is consistently implemented Translation of business requirements into clear and implementable user stories and technical specifications Collection, analysis and documentation of technical and specialist requirements, including interface definitions and system dependencies Modeling and optimization of end-to-end business processes (e.g. BPMN) with a focus on efficiency and technical feasibility Creation of precise specialist concepts, technical specifications and acceptance criteria as a binding basis for development Active communication and moderation between departments, development team and external partners – clear, structured and solution-oriented Conducting requirements workshops, process analyses and coordination meetings with IT and business Accompaniment of UAT, acceptance of functionalities and ensuring specialist correctness before go-live Identification of process and system weaknesses as well as proactive development of solution proposals in close cooperation with development Computer science or business informatics studies or comparable training Several years of experience as Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, ideally in software development Secure handling of modern KI tools and targeted application in the Product Owner environment (e.g. for requirements analysis, prioritization and decision support) Knowledge of the Builder Operating Model is an advantage, especially with regard to modern, cross-functional product development and close cooperation between Product, Engineering and Business Practical experience in the development of web applications, working with databases and distributed systems Experience in a programming language, ideally in PHP Analytical thinking, structured approach, convincing communication You have experience in a Scrum team and in agile product development as well as project implementation Secure handling of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and corresponding tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence etc.) Experience in conducting requirements workshops and moderating interdisciplinary teams Proven experience in process modeling and optimization (e.g. BPMN) High social competence, good communication skills and an agile mindset characterize you High self-responsibility and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment You have a high willingness to drive things forward and change You have good German and English language skills in word and writing Bring yourself in: Our open culture gives you room to fully develop your talents.
