Team Leader Final Assembly Mechanics (m/f/d) ### Your Tasks ### • Analysis, control, and continuous optimization of production and manufacturing processes • Planning and further development of production systems in the course of new products and projects • Management of investment and procurement projects from the idea to successful commissioning • Creation of sound decision-making bases and investment requests • Functional and personnel leadership of employees in the field of production engineering and maintenance • Ensuring smooth production processes through sustainable maintenance and repair concepts • Promotion and support of junior staff in technical projects • Maintenance and expansion of long-term partnerships with suppliers and external service providers Your Profile ### • Leadership and coordination of an assembly team with up to 10 employees • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and SUVA regulations • Implementation and monitoring of quality inspections during assembly processes • Support in adhering to schedules as well as hour and cost budgets • Active participation in the optimization of workflows, setup times, and production processes • Planning, definition, and coordination of the required material packages for assembly orders • Creation and control of personnel deployment and resource planning • Close cooperation with the departments of Engineering, Commissioning, AVOR, Logistics, and Purchasing • Functional support of the team as well as participation in assembly and installation work on site • Continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency and productivity   We offer ### • Responsible and varied activities in a dynamic industrial environment • Modern infrastructure as well as the use of advanced technologies and manufacturing methods • Careful induction and a collegial, motivated team • Attractive and contemporary employment conditions • Development opportunities and space for personal and professional development Ready to take on responsibility in an exciting environment?
