We are looking for several of the following for one of our clients in the watchmaking sector, based in Genève:

Precision Mechanics to occupy positions as CNC Lathe Setters

Job description
--------------------

• Changeovers of series, setting of collets and tooling, fine-tuning of dimensions, and startup of CNC Lathes Index, Traub, Benzinger Bi-Spindle Bi-Turret or Tri-Turret
• Machining and inspection of manufactured parts: Carrures, bottoms, bezels in steel, titanium or precious materials.
• Sharp controls with traditional workshop control tools, 3D control and optical control depending on the parts.
• First-level maintenance.
• Shift work 2x8 or 3x8

Profile sought
-----------------

• Have a CFC-type training in polymechanics or CFC in micromechanics, BAC Professionnel or BTS in Productique
• Have had a successful first experience in the mechanical industry in Switzerland, ideally in the field of Watchmaking.
• Basic knowledge in grinding would be a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in reading blueprints.
• Good knowledge in the use of control tools including digital control tools.
• Have a good mechanical technical sense to find fast and efficient solutions.
• Be comfortable with IT tools for production monitoring.
• Good vision to respect visual controls of manufactured parts.
• Team spirit and cohesion.
