Heating Maintenance Technician - 100%

You maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, overhaul, and improve the efficient operation of installations and equipment specific to the hydraulic workshop of the CVS sector.

You autonomously decide on the actions to be taken while respecting the priorities defined in terms of vital or secondary parameters for the safety and well-being of patients, employees, as well as the assets.

You ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of the installations. You assist with periodic inspections carried out by accredited bodies and perform regular inspection rounds and readings. You regularly complete the intervention forms for the tasks you perform.

You monitor the status of hydraulic installations and take charge of alarms from monitoring systems (GTB Building Management System). You keep working documents up to date, perform replenishment orders for materials, receiving parcels, tidying, and storage.

You actively participate in the development of procedures in accordance with technical evolutions.

You assume a technical advisory role for users while controlling and monitoring the work executed by external companies.

You like finding solutions to simple or complex technical problems and you also thrive in performing more routine tasks.

You are autonomous and also appreciate teamwork, while respecting an established schedule.

You handle urgent interventions upon request from the control center and during on-call service for long weekends (more than 2 consecutive days), approximately 6 times per year.

You hold a CFC as a heating installer or an equivalent diploma, completed by at least 5 years of professional experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of heating installations.

You know how to weld with an oxy-fuel torch, TIG steel, and TIG stainless steel.

You have very good theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of industrial hydraulics.

You have a good knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office) as well as the use of a CMMS software.

Your keen sense of customer service, your team spirit, and your openness to change allow you to carry out your activity with ease and to integrate quickly.

You perfectly master spoken and written French, expressing yourself clearly and concisely.

Thanks to your calm, composed, and discreet personality, you easily establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors, you demonstrate cooperation and collaboration to assist colleagues while being sensitive to the presence of patients and hospital constraints.

You have a regular schedule between 7:00-17:30, you know how to make yourself available outside of hours including night, weekends, and public holidays for the daytime on-call service once a week and the weekend on-call service once every two months according to rotation and urgent interventions.
