Head of Anesthesia Nursing and Positioning Care (a) 100% # Head of Anesthesia Nursing and Positioning Care (a) 100% YOUR TASKS • Leadership of the anesthesia nursing team with direct management and promotion of approximately 30 employees at the St. Gallen location • Economic management of the department as well as qualification-based personnel deployment planning • Ensuring interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation in the OR as well as coherent interfaces • Co-responsibility for the development and monitoring of the required safety and quality standards • Co-responsibility in the further training of Dipl. Expert*innen Anästhesiepflege NDS HF • Collaboration as an anesthesia nursing specialist in the customer-oriented professional care of our patients YOUR PROFILE • Completed training as Dipl.
