For the newly created position in the Commercial department of the Management division, we are looking for an engaged and strong-willed personality who inspires people, makes clear decisions, and actively helps shape changes, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks ##

• Technical and personnel leadership as well as further development of the subordinate management team
• Ensuring professional, customer-oriented, and economical management of the assigned real estate portfolio of commercial and parking properties
• Accompanying and implementing change and optimization projects
• Supporting the team in managing demanding lease relationships as well as in negotiations with tenants and other internal and external stakeholders
• Investment and financial planning with budget responsibility for the team portfolio
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments and external partners

Profile ##

• Completed commercial or technical basic training as well as further training in the real estate sector, ideally as a real estate manager with a federal diploma; further advanced training is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial real estate, solid technical understanding is an advantage
• Many years of experience in entrepreneurial and personnel leadership
• Know-how in the optimization and further development of processes and organizations
• Empathic, communicative, and assertive personality with high social, conflict, and negotiation competence
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong awareness of costs and business understanding
• Very good IT user knowledge, in particular MS Office; SAP and Abacus knowledge is an advantage
