Patek Philippe SA Genève Head of Watch Industrialization (M/F) Patek Philippe SA Genève Head of Watch Industrialization (M/F) Mission As part of this function, attached to our Product Industrialization department of the Methods Division, you will be responsible for leading, with complete autonomy, industrialization projects for our new Watch and Apparel products. Responsibilities Analyze and guide watchmaking constructions based on existing processes. Make available to production the necessary means (base data, instructions, tools, manufacturing plans, etc.) for the manufacture and assembly of new products within established criteria. Ensure the management of industrialization by establishing regular reporting on the progress of the development process, in order to ensure the delivery of our timepieces within the defined deadlines. Ensure the sharing of information within the team and with all concerned parties. Sought profile HES Master's degree in mechanics or micromechanics or equivalent diploma. 8 years minimum of imperative experience in industrialization in the watchmaking sector, ideally in the field of apparel and/or casing. Mastery of project management and Quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, SPC, etc.). Mastery of an ERP (ideally SAP). Knowledge of CAO (ideally Solidworks). Analytical mind and critical spirit. Ability to communicate concisely and effectively. Proposition force, autonomy, and initiative. Diplomacy and team spirit. Ability to coordinate and federate.
