To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for an Area Sales Representative Jura Region - Neuchâtel 100% (m/f/d) immediately or by arrangement. Your challenges * Operational responsibility for your own sales territory in Central Switzerland as well as active further development of the region * Support, advice and care of existing customers as well as targeted expansion of cooperation * Acquisition of new customers and opening up new sales opportunities in the sales territory * Joint responsibility for turnover, sales development and growth in the region * Placement of new products, sales promotions and seasonal offers in the market * Recognizing customer potential and further development of existing customer relationships * Participation in customer agreements, conditions and contract negotiations * Carrying out product presentations, tastings and sales-promoting activities at customers * Observation of market, competition and customer needs as well as providing relevant impulses to the company * Close cooperation with internal service, marketing and other interfaces * Professional representation of Romer's Hausbäckerei AG at trade fairs, customer events and in daily customer contact. Your qualifications * Completed commercial, sales-oriented or hospitality basic training EFZ, ideally in the food, bakery, confectionery, cooking or gastronomy environment * Experience in sales, field service, foodservice, in gastronomy, in retail or in a comparable customer-oriented environment * Enjoyment of active customer contact, of high-quality food and of advisory sales activity * Motivation to manage and further develop your own sales territory with a lot of personal responsibility * Interest in expanding existing customer relationships and winning new customers * Good sense for customer needs, sales potential and suitable assortment solutions * Negotiation skills, closing orientation and enjoyment of active selling * Communicative, winning and reliable personality with a professional appearance * Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working with high initiative * Good user knowledge in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage * Very good German and French language skills * Residence in the Central Switzerland region or willingness to regularly cover the sales territory.
