To strengthen our team at the Freienbach location, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable personality as Commercial/Technical Employee 60-100 % (m/f/d) Your main tasks: Processing customer orders from order to delivery Creation of order confirmations, delivery notes, and warehouse issues Telephoneic and personal support of our customers Receipt and coordination of technical inquiries Recording and monitoring supplier orders Checking delivery dates, prices, as well as import and origin documents Maintenance and optimization of the product range of drive belts Creation of bills of materials as well as conversion and production orders Administration and maintenance of article master data in several languages Processing of offers and maintenance of the CRM system Coordination of transports and shipping orders Support during inventories and general administrative tasks Processing of customer complaints and problem reports Optional: Supervision of apprentices and participation in their recruitment Your profile Completed commercial basic training Very good German skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing Technical understanding and interest in industrial products Good IT user knowledge Independent, exact, and reliable way of working Organizational skills and customer-oriented thinking Team player and resilient personality We offer: A varied and responsible activity with scope for design The opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our company A motivated and dynamic working environment with short decision-making paths Professional and personal further training opportunities 40-hour week and flexible working hours No recruitment agencies.
