Project Manager Construction and Infrastructure 80-100 % Department: Finance & Services Start date: 1.10.26 or by arrangement Tasks You manage construction and infrastructure projects and ensure, within the framework of user representation and PbFM across all SIA phases, the achievement of cost, quality, and schedule requirements You advise internal organizational units on space and infrastructure issues You accompany the development of modern and demand-oriented work environments from the initial needs assessment to implementation. This includes workplace, learning space, and laboratory projects You develop usage concepts, space programs, and functional layouts and work together with specialist departments, operators, and users to develop the requirements and basics for planning You know how to bring together aspects such as functionality, user needs, sustainability, and economic efficiency You coordinate internal specialist departments as well as external planners, authorities, and service providers and ensure effective interface management You accompany larger equipment and relocation projects, create decision-making bases and presentations, and reliably keep an eye on budgets, project documentation, and administrative tasks You participate in feasibility studies, needs analyses, variant examinations, as well as in the further development of standards and processes in Facility Management Profile You have a university degree (FH/Uni) in Facility Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate Management, or a comparable field of expertise You bring profound experience in construction or real estate management and have ideally already successfully accompanied construction, renovation, or workplace projects in a demanding environment You are familiar with the processes of construction projects across the SIA phases and bring a good understanding of spatial, operational, and organizational contexts You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and know how to coordinate different stakeholders in a binding and target-group-oriented way You appreciate working in interdisciplinary teams, communicate confidently with internal and external partners, and maintain an overview even in dynamic project situations Ideally, you have knowledge in Workplace Management or are willing to undergo further training in this area You are proficient in using common project management tools What we stand for With over 14,000 students and over 11,000 continuing education participants as well as around 3,700 employees, ZHAW Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften is one of the largest multi-disciplinary universities of applied sciences in Switzerland.
